WHAT IS A GRACE COACH?
A grace coach walks alongside you toward the throne of grace in your time of need so that you can move toward goals and Jesus who is the Cornerstone and Foundation of your life and relationships. My special passion is helping Christ followers remember God’s story and to live by faith as they as they consider their past and current life stories. As we see God’s grace running through our life story we can also see patterns and purpose. This gives hope and emboldens us to continue and to take steps in new directions.
I do this through hands-on learning experiences with biblically based coaching tools that include journaling with words and/or art, story work, and equine-assisted learning.
I offer a free initial consultation to see if coaching is right for you. After that, my current pricing structure is $60.00 per one-hour, in-office session. Equine-Assisted Coaching is $80 per one-hour and fifteen-minute session. We can work out special discount packages according to your unique desires and needs. While I’m a Board Certified Biblical Counselor (American Association of Christian Counselors and International Board of Christian Care) and will use knowledge from my training in that, I focus my efforts on helping women through my theological seminary training (Covenant Theological Seminary) and my training as a Certified Life Coach and Certified Mental Health Coach (American Association of Christian Counselors), Story Sage training (Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology) and Certified Instructor of Equine-Assisted Coaching and Learning (Shepherd Academy).
Cornerstone Christ-Centered Coaching is not a licensed counseling agency with psychologically or medically-trained, licensed therapists. I offer biblical encouragement and tools intended to bring life change through heart change. I have a network of pastoral and licensed resources whom I can help connect my clients to if that’s needed.
